Resi has commercially advised Breevast on the sale of Vonderpark Kwartier, an inner-city development located in the centre of Eindhoven. The project consists of three residential buildings, De Gagel, Alexandra and Sophia, offering a diverse housing programme that caters to a broad target group. The development is characterised by an attractive living environment, featuring landscaped courtyards, rooftop terraces, and the creation of a new park adjacent to the project.

At the core of the residential development is a strong focus on affordability and sustainability. The buildings will be connected to a collective aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) system and are designed to achieve an A+++ energy label. Construction of the complexes has already commenced. De Gagel is expected to be completed in 2027, followed by Alexandra and Sophia in 2028.
