Sometimes locations come across our desk multiple times. In 2022, we had the opportunity to sell Naritaweg 12 as a development site to Maarsen Groep. Now, four years later, we have assisted the consortium of Maarsen Groep and HBB Groep in the sale of the 72 mid-market rental units that form part of what is now called STELT. The properties have been acquired by institutional investor a.s.r. real assets.

In addition to the 72 mid-market rental units, STELT also includes 55 social rental units, which will be leased by Rochdale, and 59 owner-occupied homes. The mid-market rental units have an average GFA of 61 sqm and comply with the latest sustainability requirements. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2029.
