Wonam and Zadelhoff sell impact investment Mookly, comprising 246 mid-rent apartments, to NLV

Resi advised Wonam and Zadelhoff on the sale of Mookly in Amsterdam to NLV. For us, this is one of the most unique turnkey new-build transactions we have worked on. The sale to NLV includes 246 mid-rent apartments, commercial spaces and a parking garage. Construction of Mookly in the Amstelkwartier has started in October 2025, a green and sustainable development located between the Amstel River and the Bella Vista Park.
Mookly is an impact investment. Together with Wonam, Zadelhoff, Impact Institute, and Homevest, we conducted research into the Gross Impact Return (BIR), This pilot made visible how investments contribute to sustainability, biodiversity, and quality of life, and how these social impacts can even be expressed in monetary terms. This means that, in addition to financial return, social and ecological value are also taken into account. In doing so, we are creating a project that bnot only generates returns but also strengthens the city and its residents.
Prior to the sale, Resi provided commercial advice to Wonam and Zadelhoff during the development of the final design for project Mookly.
We supplied the developers with regular input on the design to ensure it met the requirements and preferences of institutional residential investors.
This resulted in strategic guidance and the optimization of floor plans at both the building and apartment level.
