Resi was the commercial advisor in the sale process of the Dock25 portfolio on behalf of a German institutional investor DWS. This portfolio was managed by Rubens Capital Partner. The portfolio was acquired by Living Capital Partners. Dock25 consists of four residential complexes located in The Hague, Hellevoetsluis, Pijnacker, and Rotterdam, comprising 209 apartments and 165 parking spaces. The apartments have an average size of 96 m² and energy labels A and A+.
During the sales process of the Dock25 portfolio, there was strong interest from Dutch capital in rental housing – from both existing and new parties. With this acquisition, LCP adds sustainable apartments in prime locations to its portfolio.
