Berghaus

On behalf of Amvest, Resi acted as commercial advisor in the acquisition of 208 rental apartments in the residential complex Berghaus, located in Amsterdam West. The apartments are part of a mixed-use development comprising a total of 288 units, approximately 21,000 m² of office space, retail facilities, and an underground parking garage.

Completed in March 2025, Berghaus plays a key role in the transformation of Amsterdam’s West-as. Together with OKU House, it contributes to a new urban living and working environment. The apartments are predominantly in the mid-rental segment, offering a valuable addition to the city’s housing supply.
