Resi advised an institutional investor on the sale of the Archimedes Portfolio, the largest existing‑asset portfolio transaction Resi has handled since its founding five years ago. The portfolio comprises 673 residential units located in prime areas of Hilversum (250), Hoofddorp (120), Utrecht (216) and The Hague (87). The transaction was successfully sold in three parts to Dutch family offices.
All three transactions were completed in Q4 2025, and the assets were transferred to the buyers in Q1 2026.
